You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Please present the receipt with your return.

We cannot accept returns on dog toys that have been destroyed.  Toys are often marketed as being indestructible but in our experience we have not come across a toy that is indestructible.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment,  exchange for another item (identical or different), or a store credit in the form of a gift card.
